P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye u kushtua shum\u00eb kujdes n\u00eb riprojektimin e qyteteve shqiptare me nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb hershme dhe etnike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Banesa e jetuar nga Familja hebreje Jakoel dhe familja shqiptare Koja, tregon edhe p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunimin e nd\u00ebrsjellt\u00eb dhe mir\u00ebkuptimin midis tyre. Sipas protokolleve dhe normave t\u00eb Kodit Civil t\u00eb koh\u00ebs duhej q\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat t\u00eb ishin 140 m2, ndaj t\u00eb dyja familjet dakord\u00ebsuan t\u00eb bashkonin hap\u00ebsirat midis tyre.
